Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods such as new product releases or holidays, processing may take an additional 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5 - 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2 - 3 business days.
  • Local Pickup (when available): Offered periodically for special releases or events in Kentucky.

We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes.

Merchandise vs. Spirits

This website fulfills merchandise and glassware only.
All bourbon and alcohol purchases are fulfilled by authorized third-party retail partners. Those partners manage their own shipping, handling, and compliance in accordance with state and federal laws. Customers will be redirected to their platforms for spirits purchases.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at: info@oldterrell.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue or provide a replacement when applicable.
